Siam Gold

  • Ingredients
  • 50 ml Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 1 pc Ginger (peeled and cut into 1 cm cube)
  • 50 ml Soda
  • Method
  • Muddle ginger cube with honey and lime. Add Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum. Shake and fine strain into a flute glass. Top up with soda. Stir gently.
