PA-TA-WEE (EARTH)

  • Ingredients
  • 30 ml Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum
  • 30 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 10 ml Mango juice*
  • 5 ml Palm sugar**
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Method
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir with cubed ice before straining into a rock glass. Garnish with bay leaf.
