  • Ingredients
  • 45 ml Phraya Elements Rum
  • 15 ml Benedictine
  • 15 ml Cinzano Bianco vermouth
  • ½ barspoon Absinthe
  • 60 ml Water
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Method
  • Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass, then pour into a chilled coupe glass*.
  • Add one big ice cube** and leaf to garnish.
