  • Ingredients
  • 45 ml Phraya Elements Rum
  • 15 ml Italicus
  • 20 ml Bianco vermouth
  • ½ barspoon Maraschino liqueur
  • ½ barspoon Menthol syrup* or simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange blossom water (optional)
  • Method
  • Stir all ingredients, then pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with kaffir lime leaf.
  • *Menthol syrup:
    20 menthol candies to 500 ml water : 500 g sugar
    Method: Melt 20 menthol candies in 500 ml boiled water, then add 500 g of sugar. Stir until dissolve to make menthol syrup.
