**Clove-ginger-pink peppercorn syrup Ingredients: 5 Sachets instant ginger powder (no sugar) 500 ml boiled water : 500 g sugar : 3 g clove : 5 g pink peppercorn Method: Boil clove, pink peppercorn and 5 Sachets of instant ginger powder in water for 5 mins. Then add sugar to make syrup. Strain in bottle keep refrigerated.
