  • Ingredients
  • 60 ml Phraya Elements Rum
  • 30 ml Coconut water*
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Clove-ginger-pink peppercorn syrup**
  • Method
  • Shake all ingredients, then pour into a sour glass or coupe glass. Garnish with toasted capsicum slice.

  • **Clove-ginger-pink peppercorn syrup
    Ingredients: 5 Sachets instant ginger powder (no sugar)
    500 ml boiled water : 500 g sugar : 3 g clove : 5 g pink peppercorn
    Method: Boil clove, pink peppercorn and 5 Sachets of instant ginger powder
    in water for 5 mins. Then add sugar to make syrup. Strain in bottle keep refrigerated.
