  • Ingredients
  • 45 ml Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum
  • 1-2 pc Kaffir lime leaf
  • 10 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 15 ml Egg white
  • 45 ml Tonic water
  • Method
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, then dry shake before shaking with cubed ice. Fine strain into a highball glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with kaffir lime leaf or kaffir lime peel.
